Good Evening Rotarians and friends of Rotary. This weeks meeting was our AGM, held at Ailsa's house in Main Ridge, Secretary Elaine went through the agenda, past the the last minutes and incoming President announced his board, as well as a motion to go to our members to vote on to have an 8 person board. Peter also presented the club with a cheque for $2200.00 for the work on his friends house that had fallen to ill health, he was very pleased and wants us to do more after Christmas. 
The night was a very pleasant one except for the weather, lots of food and great company. We also had a BBQ at Bunnings over the weekend, l would like to thank everyone who helped, Col,Peter, Merv,Ann and David on morning shift, and Geoff Hosking, Rick, Bob, Elaine and Ray BB on the afternoon shift. Peter bought 50kg of snags and 35 loaves of bread, apparently this was not enough as Rick had to buy more, great result. Profit for the day was $1526.57
