GUEST SPEAKER ANOUK Anouk spoke about the things she did while here, Anouk mentioned the Rock to Reef experience, she went surfing at Phillip Island, went to Wilsons Prom, went to Tasmania and all around it with her host families, Anouk also met her father for a few days, saying she took him everywhere, and said he lest exhausted, would have slept all the way back to home. My guest Joseph said Anouk had seen more of Australia than he had, and he’s been her for 48 years, he said she was a very lucky girl, and it gave him an understanding of what Rotary does, and as Anouk said, Rotary also does great work for Polio, l feel Joseph went home with more understanding about Rotary. Anouk also said she now has an extended family here in Australia where she can come and stay, she really had a great time, even starting to speak Australia with words, “like” cool” plus many others, and likes chocolate, as host families were happy to tell all.
