Happenings at the last meeting.
Well this must be the shortest meeting on record. With a joint incoming and outgoing board meeting, it was decided to keep the meeting short. There was no guest speaker, but plenty of fellowship.
Club Business
Secretary Bob received a letter from the acting Well-being Coordinator from Red Hill Consolidated School. They were looking for support for their resilient program for student well-being.
Support was sought from a not for profit organisation, in the Balnarring area, which provides low cost accommodation for holidays and retreats.
Bob reminded us about MUNA (Model UN assembly) scheduled on the 25 June.
District 9820 is having a membership drive and are looking for membership champions.
Rick demonstrated how to navigate around the website. He is wishing to encourage us all to use the website and the bulletin as communication channels.
Harry has recommended that we have a few paper copies of the Club Bulletin. We need to work on making this happen.
The Rotary club of Flagstaff Hill is establishing a sanitation project in Timor Leste.

Tony stated that we have about 40 sites sold for the next market. We have purchased sides to the marquees and we are establishing improved Rotary information.
The Dromana Association is looking to use the market to promote itself.
We are constantly looking at means to promote both the Club and Rotary.
Memorial for David Buchanan
Subject to Covid restrictions, Lyn has suggested that we hold the memorial om the 4th July. More details will be provided as they are firmed up.
