Hi Everyone
Thank you to all those that attended this week’s meeting,
There is a AGM meeting this Thursday At Ailsa’s house at 6 for a 6.30 start, Please let Elaine no what dessert or salad you are bringing, PLEASE do this before Monday as l will be going to Elaine’s to go over what l need to buy, Remember this is a partners night as well as a social event, they are always good fun, so don’t miss it.
It seems that Incoming Pres Rick has almost a full board now.
This weekends Market needed all hand’s on deck and everyone chipped in to assist in getting ready and also packing up, great job everyone that helped.

Apology to Chris and the Roster group, l am finding it difficult to spare any time to assist in raffle ticket sales, with working full time, family commitments, resting my leg and Rotary Duties, l really don’t have much time left, so l am sorry to you all.

ATTENDANCE- Just a note on the attendance record that l do, if you have done a Market, Board Meeting, A BBQ or any other Rotary Duties, l will be adding you to the attendance record for weekly meeting’s, not put in as a Makeup, l find doing it this way is easier for me, and l have enough to do as it is, cheers Pres Pete

                                     NO  GUEST SPEAKER THIS WEEK.
The 2 Guest speaker’s we had this week from 39+ didn’t turn up, l have yet to hear from Greg Fitz and to why they were a no show, they do a great job and we have supported them before, as Myself and my wife through our Hairdressing with our fundraising Coffee programme, Hopefully we can get them back to our club.

Pres Pete attended the Market to set up the BBq before he went to work and then came back to help clean up, while l was there l spoke to some of the stall holders, some had a good day while some didn't, as a shop owner myself l no this month can be a difficult one as its the lead up to Christmas, so hopefully the numbers of people will be greater next nonth as its just after Christmas and their should be tourists around, with Tony wanting to pass the reins on to other members, now is the time to stand up and give feed back on how this great project can be helped, it has the potential to become a fantastic market, Tony has done all the hard work in getting this of the ground and the help of his team has assisted greatly, l will be speaking with Tony over the coming weeks to see who he feels should fill his shoes for the Market main job and also work with his comity to assist where ever l can, thank you Tony for all the hard work you have already done, Great Job Mate..
