Combination meeting at the  potters and  briefing  of Halloween  with finger Food was very successful,  We should  have a finger food meeting  linked with a club night and a board meeting  on a regular basis .
At  the board meeting I was pushing  it was for a Square merchant reader  for  Visa and MasterCard  was accepted  and a number of financial commitments were paid.
When  Tony  finalizes a report and proposal  the board  is going to look at  it . He has shown a commitment to deliver an idea.
Attached is a copy of  the flyer  for the film  night  which you as members  can help Elaine
by spreading the word  through all  your contacts .

Good evening Rotarians and Friends.

Last week were invited to the Dromana Potters for a finger food night as a thank you for Dromana Rotary's donation towards a kiln, other guests in attendance were The Bendigo Bank, and other members,

Director Ray spoke about the Australia day committee, and how 2 more members have pulled out , as Simon French is moving a long distance away and is still attending for the rest of this year.

He mentioned that we are in real trouble.

Member Greg spoke about the Halloween party on the 31st Oct, and how he and his committee have every thing organised, they need to build the bone fire, put out signs for parking, also needed for the night was spotlights, and a generator, David B will handle that department.
