THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SPONSORS.

Hi Everyone, As l was absent from Rotary this week due to a trip away with Mary to Bright, Vice Pres Merv Prossor took over the chair.

PLEASE NOTE.
Christmas Dinner for members and there Partner's will be held at Pier Street Kitchen , in Pier street Dromana, (formally Dee's Kitchen), on the 13th December. It will be a finger food stand up/sit down meal, This will be a private function for Rotarians and Honorary members Only.
Cost will be $30.00 per head, Rick (treasurer) has allowed us to use the club account to subsidise the rest, we will also be providing our own fruit platter's on the night, but remember drinks will be at bar/venue prices paid for by yourselves.
RSVP and ALLERGIES and PAYMENT to Mary or Peter by the 6th December , thank you, Peter
Mary's email    samary66@bigpond.com

Peter spent 3 1/2 hours with Tony Viney and his wife Sue on Friday night going over Trailer signage, election day roster and Market set up details and BBQ this Thursday night, we got a lot done and l thank Tony and Sue for there time.

Chris Booth is going to get the raffle tickets going, so we can start selling them ASAP and also give some to clubs requesting them to sell so they can make some money as well for there clubs.

Have a great week, cheers Pete.

P.S. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE JOKES ,DON'T LOOK AT THEM.

We are all in this together—and together, we will Be the Inspiration. (A quote from Barry Rassin ).

                                        BE THE INSPIRATION.
HAVE A GREAT WEEK, PRES PETER

                                                                                                  GOOD EVENING ROTARIANS AND FRIENDS

A message from Pres Pete, PLEASE REMEMBER THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE NEW MARKET SITE THIS WEEK, so ignore your duties for this week.

AND REMEMBER ALL THOSE COMING TO OUR MEMBERS AND PARTNER'S XMAS DINNER TO CONFIRM AND PAY NO LATER THAN AT THE AGM ON THE 29th Nov

$30 per head. and advice of any food allergies/requirements etc prior, thank you.

Pres Pete will be trying again to set up a satellite club early next year after all other Rotary commitments have eased off.

MENU THIS WEEK. hamburgers with the almost the lot, sausages with onion, BYO DRINK...

The meeting was conducted by Vice President Merve.
We had no guest speaker at last week's meeting so we were able to consider some pressing matters.
Tony Viney spent some time discussing final arrangement for launch of our Community Market, in particular rostering, for the event.  It will be a very hectic time for the members as we are also conducting a sausage sizzle at the Dromana Primary School during the State Parliament voting. There was some general discussion on Halloween – it returned a profit of about $670.so far.  It is expected that the Coffee Van operators will contribute something. They have been reminded more than once.
Michael Anderson announced that our Market Website is about to be launched

Harry mentioned that he will be roofing the BBQ shelter at the Main Ridge Bowls and Petanque Club
on Saturday and it is expected that members of the Petanque club will be there to assist.

HERE ARE A FEW JOKES, ENJOY AT OWN RISK.
