Secretary Chris- spoke about incoming mail
Director- tony spoke about this weeks market and the roster.
Director- Rick spoke about raffle sales and wanted tickets back that others might have and might not be able to sell.
Director Harry spoke about the brochures he is doing with Roger to put in houses sold etc.
Director Merv- spoke about the youth exchange program and said we need host families for the student coming from Brazil, need to get this happening ASAP, as we have committed to doing this, so please have a think about if you are able to help, thank you.
Member – Ray B-B spoke about the raffle roster and wants people to put there name down, as we need as many people as possible to sell the tickets.
Absent Col’s Report from District conference
The reason the bike ride was started was to raise money for Life education started by Roy Knudson in 2002 In the 17 years $1000000.00+ has been raised. We did the presentation at the 9820 district conference at Jeff's Shed yesterday
presenting DG Janne Speirs with a cheque for $1000000.00
All money raised goes to life education.

The Market went well again this month, selling out of egg and bacon rolls and snags, Adrian done very well in getting possibly 2 people to attend our meting this week, hope all members show them a good time and assist where ever needed.
GUEST SPEAKER
David Davis, son of Adrian Davis one of our new members.
David spoke to us about how Parliament works and how he was there today trying to pass a bill on a couple of things, also spoke to us about the road system and how it will financially impact us with increase costs of doing the tunnel under west gate, David spoke about a lot of issues and also the upcoming election, because of the complexities of government l wont go into to much detail of what was spoken, but l will say it was a great talk, Members asked a lot of questions and l feel they all enjoyed David’s visit.
