Much of the business part of the meeting was spent putting together plans for the Market, Australia and Bunnings BBQ all happening on the weekend. It is great to see the extent that all members contributed to the very busy weekend! Tony concentrated on the market while Roger was updating the Raffle position. Roger was able to inform us that we have managed with the help of smooth talker Chris to sell raffle tickets outside IGA though February and March and Roger is in the process of putting together a roster that you should have received by the time you read this We were fortunate in having a few guests on the evening from the Salvation Army, The Mornington Youth and Citizens Bands and the U3A choir. These organisations ensure the success of the Christmas Carols on Christmas Eve. They were each presented with a cheque on the evening. See photos below From the top Chris got a bit impressionistic with this shot of Neil Elliot, Val Harding from the U3A choir, Jenna Cooksley from the Mornington Youth and Citizens Band
