Also ,please let Elaine and Rick no if you are coming to Changeover night on the 14th May, Time is getting close and we need numbers for catering purposes, thank you. CHAIRMAN Rick opened the meeting and handed over to Pres Rob, Who introduced our guests for the evening. Secretary Elaine mentioned correspondence from Helen Lanigan - United Nations Assembly, Youth exchange and also Rye/Rosebud bulletin, Elaine also mentioned the Gippsland Rotary Centenary house newsletter to pass around to the members. Also the Rotary Research PhD Scholarships. Elaine also mentioned to the new board there will be a joint board meeting on the 23rd May. (CANCELLED) Director and Incoming Pres Peter mentioned the D.G Janne's visit on the 27th Sept and said he had had a phone call from Janne, there will be no board meeting prior to her visit, she will be available from 3pm on the day if any board member needed to discuse anything with her. Member Merv Mentioned the Salvo's collection at McCrae shopping centre and needed volunteers for the 2 day event, please contact Merv if you can be of assistance. Guest Speaker for the night was Mark Humphreys, he's our club runner expert, Mark showed us how we could add,change and update all our details in the club runner web site, also how we could do attendances, hours served add pictures and do stories or history of our members, He also gave incoming pres Peter a lesson on how he could add a cluster group to his profile for sending out messages. A lot of members are still confused with club runner. Inc Pres Peter wants to update Members pic's, details and put a bit of history of the members, as long as he has there permission to do so, he also wants to do attendance for the year and add project hours of all members, as discussed at his last district conference he attended.
