I should say 6 months to go relief.

No not a enough has been achieved. We have failed  in the one area  that we seem to not want to  talk about .

Re trailer  raffle gone well so far but with 17 days to go  each member  should sell    50 tickets   in the  Peninsula community and beyond. I am going away  to  Lake Tyers  and  I hope to sell a few. I think  I have sold $400 worth apart from my effort at Dromana Hub.

PS  The  District  Chair of membership is advocating  satellite  concept  which is how  Lions is  having a few  wins .

 

Welcome to our first meeting for the year. Those who attended the Men's Shed last Thursday for breakfast were treated to a warm welcome by the Shed members and fed well. ”. They are an enthusiastic bunch and have put a lot of effort into refurbishing their “Shed".

We look forward to Lyn joining the editorial staff to share the load and spread the expertise a little further. This is much needed. (at least by Peter and Rick). Board members will be aware that there is a (Board) Meeting following the Dinner meeting. So this will help you all to come back down to earth after the Christmas/New year break.
Meetings held weekly at Old Shire Offices, Point Nepean Road, Dromana.

Arrive 6:00 pm        Meeting Starts 6:30 pm    Ends 8:00 pm
If you cannot attend the meeting,

Catering for meals is expensive if you do not turn up and your meal has be paid for.
