President Peter welcomed all the guests for the evening and did the apologies.SECRETARY for the night Merv Prossor spoke about all correspondence.
DIRECTOR Rick spoke about the spinner money collected and did the GIG and gave us a brief understanding about doing emails through club runner and offered to go to anyone’s house to explain how it works.

DIRECTOR/President Peter mentioned the social night at Geoff and Elaine Taylor's house on the 25th of August, and asked for all members that were coming to put there hands up so we know how many are coming, all supplied but PLEASE BRING YOUR DRINK .
Hope you all enjoyed your Lasagna, wedges and salad and dessert. Lasagna was made by Katies fine food in Pier Street Dromana, No one should of gone home hungry.
THE GUEST SPEAKER
Tonight’s Guest speaker was Adrian Davis our new member and very keen on ROMAC.
It was a very interesting talk, especially for new members and possibly older ones that don’t know much about ROMAC, Adrian showed a slide show of children before and after there operations, the change was remarkable, well worth it for the benefit of the children for there long term future, Rotary brings the children back to Australia for their operations and stay at host families and then are flown back to their countries, Adrian showed pictures of children with burns as well as disfigured.
It was a fantastic social night at Elaine and Geoff Taylor's house, everyone had a great time, only game that got played was on the billiard table, everyone was to busy talking to worry about playing any games, President Peter thanked Elaine, Geoff and Mary for there work in doing this event with all money raised going to Polio . We will be doing more events this year to raise more money for Polio and being social at the same time.
