Meeting opened by Sargent – Mike Handed over to Pres Pete Rotary invocation was done by – Ray B-B Rotary Toast was done by Chairman – Harry Z Pres Pete welcomed guests and done the apologies. Pres introduces the Chairperson for the night. Chairman Harry introduced the Secretary Secretary Bob handed out correspondence to Directors, and told another joke. Director – Harry Mentioned the DIK visit again and has said it will be early next year, possibly February. Director – Merv spoke briefly about MUNA Member – Chris spoke about the raffle tickets that we sold at Hill View Quarries on the weekend for their 50 year anniversary, we sold 27 books, great result. Chris also got volunteers for the next week. Member - Greg mentioned the Halloween night and how the final figures went. Soup – Mushroom soup Dinner for the evening was Rissols and Mash, beans and carrots. Dessert – Lotto was won by – Mike Sargant Fine Session – went well NO GUEST SPEAKER THIS WEEK. |
