Don’t forget Members and Directors, l am trialling a new system for doing the bulletin, President, Directors and Members that speak on Thursday night need to send me their reports by Sunday so l can publish it in the Bulletin by Monday, Guest speaker will be done by Bulletin editor if he is at the meeting.

Director Chris .Just a reminder that next Thursday 1/3, we will be having both our NYSF attendees, Sean Donoghue (Rosebud Secondary) and Jake Hall (Balcombe Grammar), presenting to the Club.
This is always a really interesting night so if you are bringing guests or partner, please let Elaine know by Tuesday 27/2.

Secretary Elaine mentioned the post box fees, payed consumer affairs, said the district gov for 2020/21 would be Mark Humphreys, Elaine recieved word from Linda Morris for the woman’s breakfast.
Director Chris spoke about youth exchange.
There will be no incoming students this year or outgoing students.
Starting again 2019.
Member Col, Barry and Anuk spoke about the ride to conferance and how much fun they had, they also did a hand the bucket around to raise money for Anuk, Col said the wind was behind them most of the way, until they had to come back, he said it was very hard, They are hopping to raise over $30,000 next year witch will bring there total to over $1,000.000.00, what a great job by all involved, Col would like more of our members involved next year,
our Guest speaker was Abiaja
She was our outbound student that went to Norway, She was so excited to tell us of her trip over there, she had so much fun, skiing 5 KM to holiday shacks and swimming in rivers where the watere temp was 13% , she said one side of the river was Norway but the other side was Sweden.
She also enjoyed a train ride up a hill only to ride down again, without peddling, she enjoyed the scenery,
Abiaja also showed us a slid show of the people she met, other exchange students and family she visited while over there, she got a lot out of the exchange program and thanked Dromana And Rye/Rosebud Rotary clubs for the oppertunity.
