Our Monster Halloween Event held at the Hillview Reserve, was a huge success, and in spite of missing a few members, we managed to gather a number of helpers from other organisations in our community. It attracted a very large crowd of children and adults, everything ran smoothly and we, as members of the Rotary Club of Dromana, should be proud of ourselves.
A huge thank you to all who participated in making it a great Event.
I would like to remind all those members who committed themselves to helping at The Sky Whales Event, that it is this Saturday Morning at the Red Hill Reserve and Bump in time is 4.AM.
This Wednesday is our Social Night and will be held at Teresita’s Restaurant. Look forward to seeing you all there.
There was no Meeting last week, but this is a celebration of our Halloween Bonfire Event.
All the preparations were made, and the site was ready with: Face Painting, Merry go ‘rounds, Apple bobbing, Marshmallow toasting, Damper cooking, Petting Zoo, Music, Ice crème, Coffee, and lots of food.
Things got going and the crowds arrived.
Playing games and having fun.
And the night finished with the climax of the bonfire.
A great event enjoyed by all the community. Congratulations to Joseph and all his organising committee.
