 Dear All,
the presentation by Bronwyn  from Orange Sky  a Aussie born Project was very good.     http://www.orangeskylaundry.com.au/
Go to this site  and experience the best of volunteering . We should get  a team of us to try it out. The  board has decided to support this project  financially.
We are considering other fundraising projects  like   a  Bark in the park Dog show which maybe is  a good fund raiser  for  Orange Sky.
I suggest the policy  of any spending idea by a member  be  supported  by  a fundraising idea.
The Trailer Raffle is not far away with a grand opening   at Halloween. The Roster  is prepared  and  Mike is helping with it   send him an e-mail and put your name down.
Consider  getting  selling them to people outside Dromana  . We have a  very large  Youth  program(app $10000} that  nearly matches  what the Trailer Raffle Raises. What do  you think if   a Trailer  Raffle leaflet is produced  linking the raffle with the youth  programs.Speak to Harry  and Chris  re this idea.
Rick is paying for all  the Tops  that Harry has organized  and then getting you to pay for them.
We  need them  for Halloween and  Raffle activity. We also need to retire
Harrys Cranbourne top. You all probably read  my  email  Money for  Jam. There  are many opportunities  to generate fund through securing  grants . This is everyone s responsibility to  look out for things.
Greg is  organizing next  Thursdays meeting at the  Life Saving club in Dromana where we are  having a presentation  From Peninsula 2.0 Rotary Club. It  has a  very exciting  Lady President.
Thanks Rob
