GOOD EVENING ROTARIANS AND FRIENDS

 As there was no Ordanary Meeting this week due to a social night at the Dromana Hotel, there was no Directors reports or incoming mail to go over.

Our BBq trailer is coming along very well, Pres Peter went to give him the last piece of equipment needed, that have built the base, know they will do the top lockable section, The trailer will be ready for Halloween, but hopefully before, Pres Pete's wife has come up with some great money making ideas for the trailer and our club which Peter will go over with his Fundraising Director Tony first then they will put it to the board for approval.

The recent Bunnings Sausage Sizzle for “Very Special Kids” netted a profit $1073.25

The New Guinea Earthquake Spinner Collection netted 1553.35.

These funds will be forwarded appropriately when the Hillview donation arrives.

I will be invoicing the Main Ridge Bowls and Petanque Club for the Shelter Kit as soon as Geoff Taylor provides the figures.
