Hi Everyone

Thank you to all those that attended this week’s AGM
Firstly, Thank you Ailsa for allowing us to have our AGM at her house again this year, it is always a wonderful setting with all her roses and flowers around the property.

The AGM was done before dinner with Pres Pete doing the introduction, were He and Geoff Taylor gave Col Byatt a Paul Harris Fellows with a saphire award for all the work he has done with the ride to conference, and also offering to donate a Skyhydrant, Col also does a lot for our club with youth exchange and helping within the club, like doing BBQs and helping the Market comity set up, great job Col and thank you for all you support.

Pres Pete then handed over to Secretary Bob to conduct the AGM and went through the minute from the past meeting as well as matters arising, as there was none, he moved them and seconded them, then went on to conduct the AGM with announcing the new board, unfortunately at this stage there was no Pres Elect at this stage.

 

Tony and his Market commity had a meeting to fine tune the Market and the stall holders, they have set a standard price and will go with that to try and fill more positions and make the Market bigger.

Pres Pete and his wife Mary collected small shampoos/conditioners and coffee ,tea etc( from Motels) and bagged them up with other things for Bush fire and drought victims in N.S.W. The Bags will be donated to those in need and are being delivered by one our clients before Christmas, if you have any of these things, please drop them into Mirage Hair, shop 3 Pier street Dromana, and we will bag them and donate them on your behalf.
