President's Message

Dear Rotarians and all friends of the Rotary Club of Dromana.

We had a great pizza night with great fellowship last Thursday.  The weather was kind to us.

At this stage, the Golf Club is still out of action.  They are keeping in touch with us.

I am looking forward to our A.G.M. at Ailsa Hemphill 201 Tucks Rd, Main Ridge.
I hope to see some ladies just like last Thursday at Ailsa’s.  It’s good to see the support from the ladies.  Thank you.

I hope you will support the incoming board and committees for 21-22. Thank you as this is a sign of a strong club.  Please assist where you can.

SERVE TO CHANGE LIVES at home and internationally. That is why we joined ROTARY.

Your Pres. Harry take care….

P.S make sure your fully vaccinated to be fair to others so we are all safe.

Is it the truth?
Is it fair to all concerned?
Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Happenings at the last meeting

Our last meeting was a Pizza night and Hillview Reserve.

As the president has noted, we are unable to meet at the Golf Club at this stage.  We are looking at a number of options, including using a back room at the Golf Club and self-catering, using the Life Savers club rooms, the CFA rooms and so on.

The Christmas function is going to be at the Main Ridge Bowling Club.  It is intended to have a raffle for a hamper to raise funds for a Rotary project.  Come along with some extra money to support this initiative.  You can also arrive after 3:00 pm for a little bit of bare foot lawn bowling or Petanque,

The District Governor has indicated that if you are going to the District Conference at Traralgon, then to should book a hotel shortly.

Thanks Trudy for the excellent deserts...
