5th Wednesday no meeting
As you know, we did not have a meeting last Wednesday due to the fact that it was the 5th Wed. of the month.
However, we did have our Halloween Event on Thursday. It was a very successful day, mainly due to all the hard work done by all the volunteers on the night and all the planning and arranging prior to the event. On that note, I would like to thank all those who helped. It was your hard work that made it a huge success. Special thanks to Joseph and Tony who did a lot of work behind the scenes.
This Wed. our social night will be held at the Droma Hotel. Again, I would like to remind everyone that our Partners are all welcomed.
The following Wed. will be at the Safety Beach Sailing Club. I look forward to seeing you all there.
Happenings at last week’s Meeting
Due to this Wednesday being the fifth on the month we did not have a regular Meeting. However, the week was not devoid of an “event” as we had our annual Halloween Event on the Thursday.
The preparations were extensive, with stalls and food for the usual crowds.
Joseph was the Master of Ceremonies as the night came down.
And everyone prepared for the highlight of the day/night.
And, after a call from a very concerned, early morning dog walker, there had to be a re-scheduling of the cleanup.
All in all, a great event, again, and congratulations to all those involved.
