Good Evening Rotarians and Friends.

Meeting was opened by Sargent Murray and handed over to our Chairman Frank Martin.

Secretary Bob mentioned the meeting next week was on Wednesday and to let Pres Ross no of if your coming or not, next week let me no, thanks.

Bob Also mentioned the scholarship program for the 4 schools we support, Dromana Primary and Secondary, Dromana special School as well  as Red Hill Primary.

Treasurer Rick mentioned the Polo shirts in Harry's absence and they are $28.00 each, and also members need to pay your dues if you haven't.

Member Ross spoke about putting the roof on the community garden.

Member Frank spoke about the new swimming and gym complex of much discussion over the years, it is going ahead next to the current shire offices, and Frank said it will be ready in the next 3 1/2 years.

Mary Anderson will be putting in a story about the breakfast she attended on our behalf and her fundraising effort next week, interesting stuff.

our guest speaker David Glue, spoke about his magazine and newspaper he has been doing for a number of years, he came out from the U.K, he met a Finish girl and they got married, he started with web page design and also worked on the WWW for a while ,then moved to Australia to do his newspaper magazine for business to advertise in.

His goal for our club with the help of Rob is to promote our club bye putting our club on the front page for the next 2 or 3 weeks, with local schools trying to find ways to bring knowledge and attention to what Rotary is all about and what Rotary does.
