My first meeting at the Rotary  Club of Dromana  was a little bit bumpy with me in charge.
A few things will(must) improve with a bit of support from Greg , Mike and the rest of you I am sure it will get better.
You will be relieved that next week I will not be there but partying in Hyde Park. Never know I may pop in from the clouds. Bob has set high standards in delivery of his Jokes and is a must for the meeting .
All new and Old Rotarians please research Rypen, and send your thoughts on ideas concerning it
I went to a Cluster meeting (Local Rotary Club Presidents) and some of them particularly Mornington were over the moon.
Chris Booth as the director of New Generations is organizing this and will ask every one to help
Jessie Lopez from the shire and gave a came along small talk without much notice. To improve the atmosphere It highlights the need to attract more ladies to our club even if they are only visitors.
Rick took great initiative and found the Bill Gates clip. If you see something we should share bring it forward.
It maybe a good idea to create a presentation using props like this u tube speech and members become visiting speakers at Probus ',the CFA s cluster meeting it appears that Rotary has banned on the peninsula schools etc Lets be proactive and all promote Rotary say using Polio Plus .
After seeing the working Bee and the cluster meeting It appears that on the Peninsula Rotary badges have been banned !!!!
On Saturday the building team lead by Geoff progressed with the BBQ shelter at the community gardens . There were many bosses.
Next Thursday week there is a club education night followed by a board meeting . I hope to have have all the committees finalized but if you want to be involved in other committees, please speak up.
Rob
