I was  happy so many people were around considering the time of year.
Please  can members drop a  Elaine a email outlineing  when members will be away. This helps  the club plan all events and activities.
I have  sorted out the  panning for the trailer Raffle  with  David  Bucannon .
One feature of the  raffle is that  Charlie  the  Zenn trailer man is commercially  launching  his first aluminium trailer   and it will be  the raffled  trailer. To help  Charlie  who gives us the trailer at cost of matierals and also sells tickets for us  I think we should start the Raffle at Halloween and get  him some really good press.
Think of  the Trailer as the  DIK Wharehouse .
Source out  really great items . for the Raffle . David an  myself discussed that  Peter as the  Bunnings link to the club  may improve on a  BBQ and Barrow as the  donation to the club.
If you secure a donation from out there in  business land  get the people  advertising so the  Harry can optimize the PR.
I  look like  I have got  a decent  Gift Voucher from Peninsula  Vet Care  and  the use  for the club of  an enormous  Sign Trailer  skinned with  the clubs activities promoted on it. Be quick and get your DIK from the community in. We  need a  beautiful  dolls house say from the mens shed Bob you have a in there.
We are only allowed to sell $30000 worth of tickets with much permitted paperwork . If we over fill we need to make donors awaire  that a secondary raffle  promotion may need to be considered.
Thanks Robert Alexander

Director Ray spoke about how the Australia day event is definitely going ahead, it will go back to basics and be more manageable, all the board members have been picked.
